About Us
1. To provide students at Concordia University Texas meetings and efforts to lobby for policies that address climate change, develop transferable professional skills, and create a platform to give students the ability to make meaningful changes in their community and create the political will for a livable world by enabling individual breakthroughs through the exercise of personal and political power. 2. To provide students at Concordia University Texas with a broad, sustainable foundation for climate action, advocacy, and leadership across all geographic regions, cultural backgrounds, and political and religious affiliations. 3. To encourage students at Concordia University Texas to build upon shared values rather than partisan divides. 4. To help students at Concordia University Texas generate the political will necessary for the passage of CCL’s "Carbon Fee and Dividend", "Healthy Forests", and "Electrifying America" agendas. 5. To provide students at Concordia University Texas meetings and efforts to lobby for policies that address climate change using CCL’s “Five Levers of Political Will”.
